Black-Bean Salad

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.

Ingredients

  • 2 15-oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. salsa (mild or medium)

Directions

Combine in bowl and refrigerate until serving.

Makes eight servings.

Per serving: 100 calories, 1 gram (g) fat, 16 g carbohydrate and 4 g fiber.
