Heart Health

These modules and handouts are designed to increase your awareness of heart disease prevention by reducing sodium and trans fat in commercial kitchens and at home. Each module and the associated pre-and post-assessment surveys will take about 30 minutes. When you complete the second survey, you will be able to print a certificate of completion.
