Try Trail Mix This Fall

Trail mix is a great fall snack. Combine nutrient-rich foods such as dried fruit, nuts, whole-grain, cereal, crackers, popcorn and/or pretzels. If desired, add a small amount of candy corn, chocolate chips or M&Ms. Mix in a black caldron to make a festive Halloween snack.
