Make a Fast and Easy Fruit Salad

Use canned and/or fresh fruit. If you use canned fruit in syrup, drain and rinse the fruit with water to reduce the amount of sugar. Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add a small carton of fruit yogurt (any flavor) and stir gently to coat.
