Pulses are the nutrient packed seeds of legumes and include lentils, beans, split peas and chickpeas (or garbanzo beans). Pulses are an excellent source of fiber, a good source of protein and contain many other vitamins and minerals.

Directions:

  • Print in color
  • Fold in thirds
  • Tape, glue or staple to form table tent
