Add Veggies to Your Diet

add veggiesHave you been eating too many sweet treats this holiday season? Then get some veggies onto your plate. Keep washed, ready-to-eat vegetables on hand. Another tip for eating more veggies is serving them with other food, such as adding a slice of tomato to a hamburger.
