Exit Interview Process

Departing NDSU Extension employees have the opportunity to provide feedback by participating in an exit interview. The information gathered helps the organization evaluate itself and learn from the experiences of others. This information will yield continued improvement in our organization.

The exit interview is voluntary. The information gathered is confidential unless you give permission for specific information to be shared with others. The information is compiled into a summary report that contains no individual information. Individual survey results are only accessed by the staff development office.

You have four options for your exit interview process:

    1. Complete the online survey before employment ends
    2. Participate in a verbal interview with your supervisor or a program leader, which can be set up at your request
    3. Both options 1 and 2
    4. None of the above

We invite you to participate in the web-based version of the survey. It takes just a few minutes, and you can do this at your convenience.

If you have questions about the exit interview process, please contact Lynette Flage, Assistant Director, FCW and Staff Development, at (701) 231-7782 or .

Thank you for your service and for considering an exit interview with NDSU Extension.
