A new publication titled ‘Cutworm Pests of Crops on the Canadian Prairies - Identification and Management Field Guide’ has been written for Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba and adjacent states in the USA.

New Cutworm Publication in Canada

A new publication titled ‘Cutworm Pests of Crops on the Canadian Prairies - Identification and Management Field Guide’ has been written for Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba and adjacent states in the USA. The guide is for producer, extension agents, and others in agriculture and to help with species identification and pest management of cutworms. For those of us who like to identify cutworms by matching them to photographs, you will be glad to see the “Quick Guide Index to Cutworm Adults and Larvae” at the end of the publication. It is free and can be accessed at:
