Capstone

The Cooperative Leadership Training Program provides three levels of education for cooperative board of directors and management. The three levels are designed to build on the knowledge gained in the previous program. Specific program topics for each level may change based upon participant needs and current issues.

Capstone Level: The Capstone Level program builds upon the knowledge and experiences of cooperative leaders to address the most difficult challenges confronting cooperative businesses. The program concentrates on selected topics that have been identified as critical issues by cooperative board members and management.

• Panel on Cyber Security and Fraud

• Intro to Strategy
