Your Sched Profile

Getting Started

After you have registered for conference and claimed your Sched account, navigate to your profile page.

Privacy & Email Settings

Adjust your settings as follows:


  • Making your profile "public" allows the conference committee to get accurate headcounts and can facilitate networking among people attending the same session. Your name and attendance plans will NOT be available to anyone who is not a registered attendee of our conference.
  • We will be using Sched for evaluation of the conference and for sharing important information that pertains to you. By enabling emails from Sched, you will only receive emails have been initiated by our conference committee. You will not receive promotional emails from Sched.

Profile Info

If you wish, you can add additional information to your profile. This is especially helpful if you are presenting at a session but can be useful for people who are newer to get to know you.

Adding a Photo

Add a photo to help others across the organization put a face to a name.Simply click Upload New Photo and browse for your photo.

Save Your Changes

Finally, make sure to click Save Settings at the bottom of the page to save your profile updates.
