2020 Extension/REC Fall Conference

Multi-State Virtual Conference, Oct. 27-29, 2020

The 2020 fall conference will be a multi-state virtual event hosted jointly by Kansas State Research and Extension, NDSU Extension and RECs, and SDSU Extension.  

You can preview the schedule at Then follow the steps below to register and select the sessions you will attend by Oct. 7.

1. Register through our Eventbrite page. 

Select one “ticket” for a virtual seat. You also have the option to sign up for a post-conference book discussion group. Expand the selections to choose a paperback or Kindle edition of the book. After entering your contact information, you will be directed to our event site.

2. Activate your Sched account.

Create a password or sign in to access our event site, including the full schedule, session descriptions and Zoom links.

3. Select the sessions you plan to attend. 

Click the circle next to the titles to select the sessions you will attend by Oct. 7. This will give presenters a chance to review attendance numbers and better prepare. Click on a session to view the description and any other information added by the presenters.

Tip: After you have made your selections, you can view your personalized schedule by clicking on your profile icon in the upper left and selecting “My Sched.”

 4. Add detail to your Sched profile. 

Click on your profile icon in the upper left and select “Settings.” Add your organization, title, professional interests or other information, and a photo to make it easier for your colleagues from other states to connect with you.

Consider enabling “Make my profile & schedule public” so your information will be visible to other conference attendees, which will allow colleagues from other states to connect with you through the event site.
