Carbohydrate Chemistry

This course focuses on developing i) knowledge on structural features of carboyhydrates and ii) skills for structural characterization of carbohydrates in plants and microorganisms using analytical methods. Recommended prereq: Introductory Chemistry/Biochemistry class. Spring, odd years. 2 credits.
