Jim is a Soil Scientist at  the NDSU Williston Research Extension Center. He investigates soil management and crop rotation aspects of dry-land and irrigated crop production in semi-arid regions and their effects on soil and water conservation, nutrient and energy use efficiency, and economic return to producers.
