SAD LOSS WITHIN NDSU AGRICULTURE

Dr. Robert ĎBobí Henson, research agronomist at the NDSU Carrington Research & Extension Center passed away while attending an international meeting in France. Bobís research and outreach activities to agriculture were enormous. He was a very good friend of agriculture and will be missed a great deal. Below is the note from the Carrington Center director, Blaine Schatz.

"I regret to inform you that we have suffered a serious loss within our agriculture family. Dr. Bob Henson, research agronomist at the Carrington Research Extension Center, passed away suddenly early this morning (July 3, 2006) while attending an international research symposium.
