Figure 4.  Hard red spring wheat variety 2371, exhibiting sensitivity to methyl bromide treated soil, Regent, ND.  No significant yield loss was detected at this location though the field had been in wheat the previous six years.   The variety 2398, planted in a field at Amidon exhibited milder systems.   Grain yield from the treated plots tend to be less than the grain yield from the natural soil plots at this location.
