A new sweetclover trial with six varieties in four replications was seeded on June 14, 1960. Individual plots in the trial were 6' x 20', and the varieties included were Evergreen, Goldtop, Common White, Common Yellow, Spanish, and Madrid. Excellent stands were obtained. The sweetclover trial seeded in 1959 produced very poor stands, and the trial was not harvested in the 1960 season.
