Annual Kiddie Days Info

Kiddie Days is a hands-on agricultural learning experience geared toward daycare, preschool, and kindergarten-aged children. Kids will have the opportunity to see, touch, and ask questions about various farm animals. This public event is entirely coordinated and presented by the members of the NDSU Saddle & Sirloin Club, a student organization.

*THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL DATE(S) OF THE EVENT*

Please note the following:

The Saddle & Sirloin Club does not set the dates for Kiddie Days until after the completion of their annual Little International Livestock Show held in mid-February.  S&S also does not elect co-chairs for the event, nor will it have contact information until after Little "I" is over.

After the co-chairs are elected, planning for the event begins.  As time draws nearer to the event, the schedule and volunteers are confirmed, and emails will be sent out to area childcare businesses and schools.  If you have not received these emails in the past and want to be on the list, please send an email to the Animal Sciences department with the subject line  "Kiddie Days".  We will do our best to forward your information to the Saddle & Sirloin Kiddie Days chairperson(s).

Kiddie Days are usually held in early to mid-April, but that can change from year to year depending on availability of the facility and other variables as of late February.

Please check back often (Animal Sciences Events)

for actual event dates and online registration.

Both will be listed once the event has been finalized.
