Bundles with Distinct Property Rights


Different property rights to the same item (or tract of land) can be held by different people.   In this case, each person holds a distinctive set of rights in the property.   What might be some examples of when more than one person holds distinctive legal rights in the same property?  Mineral rights v. surface rights? Life estate v. future interest?
