Dr. Teresa Bergholz, Veterinary and Microbiological Sciences Department, Primary PI, and Dr. Frayne Olson, Agribusiness and Applied Economics, Co-PI and Dr. William Nganje, Co-PI, Agribusiness and Applied Economics, have submitted a grant proposal in the amount of $3,609,908.

The title of the grant is: “Multi-faceted evaluation of vacuum steam pasteurization for improving safety and quality of low-moisture foods” submitted to USDA /NIFA.
