Share Your Favorite Web Gems with the NDSUAgIT Diigo Group

This is an open invitation to join the NDSUAgIT social bookmarking group using the Diigo service. Take a look around and if you'd like to join, simply send an email to either Bob Bertsch or Julie Kuehl in Web Services to get you set up.

Why would you want to join the group?

A social bookmarking group allows you to share links to websites with others in the group. Everyone can benefit from the information you've discovered. And it archives it, so you'll be able to get back to it again - without cluttering up the bookmarks in your web browser. You can tag it with your own keywords, or those used by the group, to help you locate it later.

This group is a tech-focused group which is currently sharing only a few links each day. Those links are delivered in a once-per-day email that you can look at when it's best for you. You can either just browse the links, or click on those you'd like to check out further to be taken to the website for the complete information.

If you find the social bookmarking group concept useful and would like to start your own group, please do so! If you need some help, Bob or Julie would be happy to assist. There are other choices besides the Diigo service that are available as well.
