** Monitor, keyboard and mouse are integrated into notebooks. If a notebook is to be used as a desktop replacement, the user may want to consider purchasing a port replicator as well as an external monitor, keyboard and mouse. The USB-C dock should be purchased with the notebook for best price.

Currently Supported Computer Models and End of Support

End of support for baseline computer systems is six years for desktops and five years for notebooks. Non-baseline computers receive one year less of general support and do not receive hardware support. Once systems have reached their end of life, they are considered unsupported.

"Non-baseline" computers are brands and models that are not ordered by Ag Comm but still meet the hardware specifications outlined in our Hardware Baseline specifications.

Please note the dates below represent the average end of life for each computer model.  Due to variations in manufacturer production, actual support end dates can vary for each individual computer.  To check the number of months of support remaining for your computer, please visit the ACCS Computer Inventory Search page to locate for your computer by inventory number.  Unfortunately, this tool is not always able to locate computers that were not purchased through Ag Comm.  This includes computers purchased through the ITS Cascade Program or other entities outside of Ag Communication.  For additional information on how to find the age of a computer that is not in our records, please visit our instructions on identifying if your computer is supported.
