Professional Development

Professional Development

The NDSU Extension Service defines professional development as each employee's privilege to build discipline expertise, to enhance personal growth, to improve teaching abilities and to contribute to organizational development. It is the organization's responsibility to provide options and the employee's responsibility to INVEST in their development by participating in opportunities available.

The following chart outlines professional development opportunities available to NDSU Extension Service employees. Talk to your supervisor about opportunities to support your development.
