Income Tax Management for Ag Producers
This program provides an excellent opportunity for agricultural producers and tax preparers to learn and ask questions about tax management alternatives while there is still time to implement year-end tax management decisions.

Course will be presented at Williams County Courthouse, 2nd Floor Conference Room and 11 other sites of the ND Interative Video Network (IVN).
This program is a cooperative effort between the NDSU Extension Service and the Internal Revenue Service.
Experts will provide information on federal and North Dakota income tax updates, with emphasis on recent legislation that can affect 2009 tax returns, such as the National Disaster Relief Act offering tax relief for presidentially declared disasters for individuals and business, First-time Home-buyer Credit, Making Work Pay Credit, American Opportunity Education Credit, Bonus and Sec 179 deductions, and Energy Credits.
