Dog Obedience Classes

Nourishing Boomers and Beyond
Monthly sessions are available for adults age 50 and older looking for information and strategies to eat more nutritiously and be more physically active so they can reduce their risk of developing chronic disease. Sessions are beneficial to adults at any age.
There is no charge for the sessions. All sessions are held in the Community Room of the Ransom County Courthouse and include informational material, recipes to take home and healthful food samples.
