Ransom County 4-H Carnival & Dance
The 4-H Carnival & Dance will be held on Friday, March 13 at the Ransom County Expo Center in Lisbon. Everyone is invited to enjoy games, the cake walk, photo booth, prize booth, and have supper while you are there at the food booth! Dance to A-2-Z DJ beginning at 9 p.m. to midnight. Agriculturalist of the Year
The annual banquet will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015. Nominations are due February 1 to either AgCountry Farm Credit Services at (701) 683-4172, or the Ransom County Extension Service at (701) 683-6128.
Businesses can purchase a membership for $50 which gives them advertising on the banquet place mat and tickets for two meals.
Individuals can purchase a ticket for $20.00 per person. Tickets can be obtained from any Crop & Livestock director or at the Ransom County Extension Service office.

Nourishing Boomers and Beyond
Monthly sessions are available for adults age 50 and older looking for information and strategies to eat more nutritiously and be more physically active so they can reduce their risk of developing chronic disease. Sessions are beneficial to adults at any age.
There is no charge for the sessions. All sessions are held in the Community Room of the Ransom County Courthouse and include informational material, recipes to take home and healthful food samples.
