Specialist Action Plans

Specialists use action plans to outline and communicate the primary objectives, activities, resource development, and evaluation plans of their programs. The action plan format parallels the impact report format. The same action plan form is used for state and area specialists. A hypothetical action plan is posted as an example to illustrate the basic information that is requested.

Please submit your action plan to your program leader by January 15th.
