During her Extension Service career as an agent in Grand Forks and Cass counties, Connie has developed a reputation for creating and delivering quality programs that are on target with the needs of today's society. Among the programs she has championed are Children of Divorce, Women's Financial Management, Living with Your 10- to 15-Year-Old, America's Promise/Alliance for Youth, Master Internet Volunteer Program and the Honda Automotive Internship Program. She has been a team member on many programs that have been recognized for excellence in pro-gramming. Connie has served as chair of the Human Development Program Planning Team and has been an active member of professional associations. She also serves on organizations and boards within the community.
