Jackie Buckley
Extension Agent, Livestock Systems
Morton County
NDSU Extension Service |

|
Jackie has been employed as an Extension Service agent since her graduation from NDSU,
starting in Traill County, moving to Bowman County, and now in Morton County. Working
primarily in agriculture and 4-H, Jackie has developed a well-balanced extension program.
As an educator, her programs reflect current issues as well as support of ongoing
programs. She uses a variety of delivery methods and is quick to use new technology
as it becomes available. Jackie is quick to lend a helping hand to fellow agents
and co-workers within her program unit which she serves as coordinator and
throughout the state. For example, during the flood of 1997 she traveled to Grand
Forks to help with information and education efforts there. Efforts she has been involved
in include providing leadership to a youth ethics program in North Dakota and
serving on the North Central
4-H beef curriculum design team.
