Linda Crow

Linda, who now holds the position of 4-H curriculum specialist, is a dedicated professional who has been a part of the state office for 4-H and youth programs for more than 20 years. She believes strongly in the role of nonformal education as an important supplement to schools. She works with special programs and opportunities for staff and volunteers to become involved with a broad scope of educational programs for youth, and has organized teams to attend programs to bring back materials and ideas, including science programs. Linda is heavily involved with 4-H literature. She has authored or coauthored many 4-H publications, and reviews and evaluates materials from other states. She has also shared her expertise outside of North Dakota and has served on a national review team to evaluate curriculum materials. She is a frequent volunteer to help with events and activities, including management of the 4-H division of the State Fair. Linda is also active in professional organizations and is a past president of Epsilon Sigma Phi.
