Accomplishments and Contributions:

John Grindahl develops and produces nearly all the posters and displays for the NDSU Extension Service that come through Agriculture Communication. He takes staff's rough ideas and adds colors, typefaces and designs to attract attention and deliver a message. His tabletop displays may include materials that make them three-dimensional. Over the past few years, John has kept busy developing and printing posters on the large-format printer.

John's work varies greatly, including such projects as new Food Guide Pyramid posters, an NDSU Extension Service display, office signs, support staff conference theme posters and tablecards, and even life-size cutouts of NDSU Bison athletes. He provides lamination service and advises on what materials might work best in different situations. John uses a variety of software programs to carry out this work.
