6. Accomplishments and Contributions:
Lynette is an agent of change! She has always been involved in the creation and
implementation of new exciting extension programs. Her latest effort has been
the NWAF Horizons program. She assisted in the design of the overall program as
well as received over $8000 from the Northwest Area Foundation for
implementation of the program in North Dakota. Other accomplishments include the
development of an educational program on Transformational Education which she
presented to all staff, county and campus based; planned, coordinated and
evaluated �train the trainer� programs in the area of information technology
with emphasis on use of Internet and videoconferencing; provided support and
expertise for North Dakota Extension Master Internet Volunteer Program and
Access North Dakota Main Street electronic commerce program; and developed,
implemented and evaluated several programs in youth development, community
leadership and food and nutrition for Pembina county clientele.
