Lynette is responsible for the development and bringing of the NWAF Horizons Program to North Dakota. She is the program co-chair of the Community Economic Development and Leadership team and the state instructor for e-commerce extension programs. Lynette is an outstanding teacher who exemplifies quality extension work.
