Shattering Percent of HRS Varieties

Shattering of varieties varies each year. Shattering is more prone to occur when harvest or swathing is delayed by frequent wetting and drying cycles. Durum varieties do not shatter easily. Most HRSW varieties are similar with just a few exceptions.
