LANDMASTER BW FOR FALLOW WEED CONTROL

Landmaster BW is a mixture of Roundup and a 2,4-D formulation. Treat weeds 4-6 inches tall. The 27 ounce rate of Landmaster BW is labeled for foxtail (pigeongrass) control. The 40 ounce rate is labeled for several other annual grasses except wild oat. An application of 27-40 ounces of Landmaster BW should be applied to 4-6 inches tall weeds. The 27 ounce rate should only be considered as a first application if a second and similar treatment is planned 30 days later.

Adding 2,4-D at 3/4 pt/A or Banvel at 2 ounce fluid to 27 or 40 ounce treatments of Landmaster BW, will enhance control of hard to kill broadleaf weeds. Effective chemical fallow on annual weeds will require 2-3 treatments of Landmaster BW. The 27 ounce rate of Landmaster BW is generally quite effective on 2nd or third application dates.
