Dr. Luis Del Rio

   Associate Professor

Dr. Del Rio received his PhD from Iowa State University in 1999 and joined this department in 2001. His research interest includes epidemiology, management and biological control of fungal diseases with emphasis on diseases caused by /Sclerotinia sclerotiorum/. Dr. del Rio is the canola pathologist and is assisted in his project by Susan Ruud. Dr. Del Rio teaches a graduate course on "Epidemiology of plant diseases".
