4-H’ers Receive Herdsman Awards at N.D. State Fair

North Dakota 4-H’ers were honored with herdsman awards at the State Fair.

Herdsman awards were presented to 4-H exhibitors in each species on Saturday, July 26, the final day of the North Dakota State Fair in Minot. The award recipients were by county with species, name and hometown.

Kidder

Goat - Shauna and Shantel Slaughter, Tri-S Dairy, Tappen

Morton

Dairy - Justin and Kelsey Ledger, Hoggerville Dairy, New Salem

Ward

Beef - Wyatt and Hadlie Hansen, Ryder

Wells

Swine - Corey Schafer, New Rockford
