4-H Horse Judging Contest Held at State Fair

North Dakota 4-H’ers win horse judging competition awards at the State Fair.

4-H’ers from across the state participated in the 4-H horse judging contest at the North Dakota State Fair on Tuesday, July 22.

Senior Team

  • First place - Combined team from Benson, McKenzie and Mercer counties – top three team members: Janna Rice, Benson; Hayes Feilmeier, McKenzie; and Kristine Keller, Benson.
  • Second place - Oliver County - team members: Jessica Liffrig, Brittney Klein and Randy Bittner

  • Hayes Feilmeier, McKenzie, third
  • Ross Stanley, Burleigh, fourth
