Horizons I Communities

Six communities piloted the Horizons program from 2003-2005 and included regional groupings of Ashley and Ellendale, North Dakota and Eureka, South Dakota coached by Jodi Bruns from Ellendale. The second regional grouping included Beach, Regent, and Mott, North Dakota and was coached by Marty Campbell from Beach.
