ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Classes
Learning proper food safety procedures can help prevent food service establishments from having a foodborne illness incident.
The ServSafe curriculum from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation is recommended and accepted by most licensing agency jurisdictions.
The class will be taught by Julie Garden-Robinson, Ph.D., licensed, registered dietitian and nutrition and food safety Extension Service specialist and a certified ServSafe instructor.
The ServSafe textbook will be ordered for participants and distributed on the first day of the 2-part class. The certification test is given at the end of the second part. Class size is limited. Payment includes the test fee and must accompany the registration.

Dates:
Time: 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day
