Sample Lessons

Thank you for your interest in the Bright Beginnings parenting curriculum. We are excited about its potential and are happy to be able to share it with you!

We have included a sampling of Lesson #2, Brain Development in Infancy and Early Childhood. All of the components for this lesson can be downloaded, including the presenter's guide, lesson outline, lesson evaluation, handouts and overheads.

It is our hope that you will envision the potential this curriculum can offer to parents and child care providers in a variety of educational settings and integrate this valuable resource within your current programming. Please feel free to contact Dr. Sean Brotherson with any questions or comments about Bright Beginnings . We welcome suggestions on how we may be able to better support you through this program and also welcome any interest in partnering with us on evaluation efforts of the program.

All of these materials come from Lesson Module #2, Brain Development in Infancy and Early Childhood:
