Scouting for Red Sunflower Seed Weevil
Red sunflower seed weevil larvae will consume about a third of a sunflower seed kernel. That damage to the kernels will reduce the seeds' weight and oil content. A new video describes how to scout fields for the pests to determine if applying an insecticide is necessary.
