Required Annual Trainings for County Support Staff
NDSU requires all employees to complete several training courses annually. The NDSU Extension Service also requires county support staff to complete two training courses each year; Baseline Safety training and Preventing Sexual Harassment training. If county support staff participate in a safety training in their own county, they do not need to complete the NDSU baseline safety training if a record of their attendance is sent annually in their respective district office.

In addition, it is everyone’s responsibility to preserve the resources of the state and the university system. All benefitted North Dakota University System employees are required to complete an annual fraud awareness training and code of conduct verification quiz. County support staff are not required to complete this training, but it is strongly suggested that they view the video to understand the expectations for working as good stewards at NDSU.
