Exit Interview Process

Departing employees have the opportunity to provide feedback to the NDSU Extension Service by participating in an exit interview. The information gathered helps the organization evaluate itself and learn from the experiences of others. This information will yield continued improvement in our organization.

The exit interview is voluntary. The information gathered is confidential unless you give permission for specific information to be shared with others. The information is compiled into a summary report that contains no individual information. Individual survey results are only accessed by the staff development office.

You have four options for your exit interview process:

A. Complete the online survey at your convenience

B. Participate in a verbal interview, which can be set up at your request

C. Both options A and B

D. None of the above

We invite you to participate in the Web-based version of the survey. It takes just a few minutes, and you can do this at your convenience.

If you have questions about the exit interview process, please contact Deb Gebeke, Assistant Director, Staff Development, at (701) 231-7179 or debra.gebeke@ndsu.edu.

Thank you for your service to our organization and for considering an exit interview with the NDSU Extension Service.
