Mission Statement: The Richland County Afterschool Program is dedicated to the development, education, safety, and care of school-age children during their out-of-school hours.

This program is open to all students ages 5 through 12 who live in Richland County.

Our 2007 spring evaluation surveys indicated that 90% of parents rate the program as above average to excellent, 100% of students rate the program as good to excellent, 90% of teachers rate as above average to excellent. Our test score comparison indicates that on an average of 3 months more gain in grade level in the general population with an average of half a year grade level increase in students needing extra help. You will not find a better investment in your child's future.
