Faller HRSW
Price of FALLER HRSW will be $20.00/bu.

'Faller' (ND805) Hard Red Spring Wheat is a high yielding line with medium test weight.  in tow years of trials, 'Faller' has out yielded 'Glenn' by 10.8 and 'Steel-ND' by 10.8 and 6.2 bu respectively.  Test weight of 'Faller' was 3.1 and 1.3 lbs/bu less than the same two varieties.  'Faller' appears to be more susceptive to drought stress than most other NDSU lines.  Yields have been higher in eastern North Dakota than in central and western North Dakota.

'Faller' has a lower protein content than most other NDSU varieties but equal or better than many commercially released varieties.  'Faller' is medium early in maturity with medium straw strength and is a simi dwarf similar to 'Alsen'.  the milling and baking scores of 'Faller' were summarized as average or acceptable quality but low protein.

'Faller' has excellent leaf and stem disease resistance.  In a 2005 trail in Langdon, 'Faller' had FHB resistance similar to 'Alsen'.  DON levels were slightly less than 'Alsen', but equal to 'Steel-ND'.

Sheyenne Conventional Soybean
Price of Sheyenne Soybean will be: $21.40/bu. bagged

'Sheyenne' (ND01-2906) Conventional soybean (not Roundup Ready) - Approximate 0.7 maturity.  High yield - approximate 4 bu yield advantage over LaMoure, yellow hilum for food grade, great resistance to lodging, moderately resistant to IDC, has race 3 resistance for phytophthora root rot.  It is slightly lower in protein but in the ball park.  Sheyenne has purple flower color, grey pubescence, and yellow hila with dull seed coat.  Pedigree information available upon request.
