Lot 4490 - Club Secretary Book
                  Books will be judged without an interview. All sections of the book will be evaluated for completeness, correctness,
                  and neatness according to the guidelines and suggestions that printed in the secretary book. Minutes should be
                  recorded with a pen using blue or black ink. A maximum of one award of excellence, with a $5 cash prize will be
                  presented in the lot for the secretary books
Lot 4491 - Club Treasurer Book
                  Books will be judged without an interview. All sections of the book will be evaluated for completeness, correctness,
                  and neatness. Entries in the treasurer�s book should be made with a pen using blue or black ink. A maximum of one
                  award of excellence, with a $5 cash prize will be presented in the lot for the treasurer book.
Lot 4492 - Club Scrapbook
                  The current year�s section in your club scrapbook will be judged without any interviews. Books will be judged for
                  neatness, overall appeal, and presentation of the life and spirit of the club through snapshots, newspaper clippings,
                  memorabilia, notations alongside the various items, etc. A maximum of one award of excellence, with a $5 cash
                  award, will be presented in the lot for club scrapbooks.
