Rural Leadership North Dakota

Rural Leadership North Dakota is a two-year intensive program for North Dakotans. Participants will attend eight, three-day seminars and one, six-day study tour over the two years as well as work on a project in their community.

LeadershipPlenty

LeadershipPlenty is a tool to mobilize change in mindset from one of leadership lack to one of leadership plenty. It's a 10 module (3-6 hrs/ea.) leadership development program for community members.

Ethical Leadership

The ability to do the right thing has a significant impact on everyone around us and is key to an individual's development as a leader. Discussion of ethical challenges and hands on activities will deepen participants' ability to recognize ethical problems and find solutions.
