Rural
Leadership North Dakota is a two-year intensive program for
North Dakotans. Participants will attend eight, three-day
seminars and one, six-day study tour over the two years as
well as work on a project in their community.

is a tool to mobilize change in mindset from one of leadership
lack to one of leadership plenty. It's a 10 module (3-6
hrs/ea.) leadership development program for community members.

ability to do the right thing has a significant impact on
everyone around us and is key to an individual's development
as a leader. Discussion of ethical challenges and hands
on activities will deepen participants' ability to recognize
ethical problems and find solutions.

what we appreciate and want to keep. It looks at the possibilities
for the future.
