Recovery After Disaster: The Family Financial Toolkit

After the flood of 2009 in Cass County, the NDSU Extension Service and University of Minnesota Extension received a grant from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) to train Extension Agents to become Accredited Financial Counselors (AFC) and develop a toolkit to help toward financial recovery.
