Building Connections on Standing Rock

One component is a series of topics that are covered in weekly classes aiding caregivers in strengthening caregiving skills, addressing difficult topics and focusing on life skills. Through classroom discussion and newsletters, educators are able to provide families with resources and opportunities for growth.

Building Connections on Standing Rock consists mainly of caregiver classes. Classes are held at various times. Families can join on any date and attend as many classes as desired. Resources and additional support is also offered outside of classroom time.

Newsletters help enhance classroom sessions and provide families with information to reflect upon after sessions are completed. Newsletters cover a variety of topics addressing infant through teen development along with building life skills.
