The Department of Animal Sciences is a diverse department with regional, national, and internationally recognized and respected expertise in animal agriculture.
The department offers four curriculum options; each is designed to prepare students for careers in agriculture and related fields. Course work includes biological principles, scientific relationships, management practices and business concepts applicable to animal products and livestock production.. Both undergraduate and graduate programs are available.
