Research interests:
Cow-calf nutrition, supplementation of forage fed ruminants, byproduct utilization, and cow-calf management.
Current projects include processing sprouted grain for beef cattle, timing of administration of anthelmintics (parasticides) for beef cattle, oilseed supplementation for gestating cows, utilization of potato waste by beef cattle, and the use of field peas as a protein supplement.
